Where do you ship to?

How long before my item will ship
Items are generally ready to ship within 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has shipped you will recieve an email with the tracking link
Returns
How do I return an item?
To start a return please contact the shop within 5 days of delivery. Items will need to returned within 14 days of delivery.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return is accepted I will process your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware it can take some time for your bank to accept the funds.
Can I exchange for a different item?
I don't offer exchanges. It is best to return your item and repurchase the item you would like

What if I want something in a different color?
I am happy to make a item in a different color. Please contact me prior to ordering.
Coupons and discount codes
Limit of one coupon code per transaction. Coupons must be entered at the time of purchase. Refunds for unused coupons will not be given. Coupons CANNOT be stacked with a sale price
I received an item as a gift but....
In the event, you have received an item from my shop as a gift and something isn't quite right you will need to have the original purchaser contact the shop for a return.
